“In a real Teacher of the Year, there should be a balance of professional and human qualities. On the one hand, it is important that the teacher has a deep knowledge of the subject, transmits his own thoughts and develops in the profession. But at the same time, it is important that he does not portray some kind of image for the competition, but what kind of person he is both in his professional activities and in his own life,” he said.
