BELGOROD, October 1 – Novosti. In the Belgorod region, 145 residents who were mobilized by mistake have already returned home and are preparing documents for another 17 people, said the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“145 people have already been returned home, 17 are now on clearance. This is where there were violations that we saw and corrected,” the governor wrote on his page on the VKontakte social network.
He added that for each military unit where Belgorod residents are located, an employee of the governor is assigned. The problems are different: from small to large, and where necessary, they try to promptly provide assistance.
In Russia , a partial mobilization has been announced by presidential decree since September 21. According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , it is needed to control the 1,000-kilometer line of contact and the liberated territories in Ukraine . During the mobilization, a total of 300,000 reservists will be called up, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of the Russian Federation.
