BEIJING, Oct 1 – Novosti. The Mongolian authorities have allowed to grant a residence permit to all Russians if they submit an appropriate application, the Central Asia Media portal reports , citing a statement by Nerguin Uuganbayar, head of the department of the Mongolian immigration agency.
“Citizens of the Russian Federation apply to stay in Mongolia for a certain period of time. In connection with this situation, it was decided to grant the appropriate category of residence permits to those who applied,” he said.
