EKATERINBURG, October 1 – Novosti. The development of Russia, the economy, small and medium-sized businesses depends on secondary vocational education; if there are no working specialties, then there will be no production, no industry, said Russian Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov.
“This is a very important level of education, it can be said to be such an independent level of education. The development of our country, our economy, small and medium-sized businesses, our industries largely depends on it. Because we are well aware that if there are no working specialties, then <…> there will be no production, no industry,” Kravtsov said at a meeting with the winners of the All-Russian competition “Master of the Year”.
He added that today workers are in great demand, and the participants in the “Master of the Year” contest have chosen a very important profession.
The website of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation explains that the All-Russian competition “Master of the Year” is aimed at forming and developing the human resources potential of the secondary vocational education system, identifying and encouraging talented and enterprising teachers.
