MOSCOW, October 1 – Novosti. The government of the Russian Federation extended payments of 450 thousand rubles for the repayment of mortgages for large families for a year, according to the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The government has decided to extend the support program for large families, thanks to which they can receive 450,000 rubles from the state to pay off their mortgages. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the decree to this effect ,” the report says.
The program will apply to families where a third or subsequent child was born between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2023. Previously, this period ended on December 31, 2022.
“At the same time, the term for concluding a loan agreement for such families is also extended a year ahead – until July 1, 2024. Thus, even more families with many children will be able to count on this measure of support,” the press service of the government noted.
It is planned to allocate about 90 billion rubles from the federal budget for such payments in 2023-2024.
