Deputies of the New People faction submitted to the State Duma a bill proposing to give a deferral of partial mobilization to persons whose families already have mobilized people, as well as to the only sons or daughters of a single parent, Novosti was told in the press service of the party.
The bill proposes to expand the circle of persons entitled to a deferment from conscription for military service for general and partial mobilization, the report indicates.
“Also, the right to deferment is offered to those who already have a mobilized family member, as well as to the only sons or daughters of a single parent,” it adds.
The deputies propose to provide a deferment for people caring for loved ones who need constant care; citizens with three or more children under 18; husbands of pregnant wives for a period of 22 weeks; full-time students.
Legislators propose to provide the same right for people who are the sole breadwinners in a family where there are people with disabilities; for relatives of military personnel who died or were injured and ill, which caused death during service and military training.

According to her, the voters can propose amendments to this bill by the second reading.
Changes are made to the law on mobilization. The project was also sponsored by Vice Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov and Deputy Georgy Arapov.
By decree of President Vladimir Putin , a partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21 . According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , it is needed to control the line of contact of one thousand kilometers and the liberated territories in Ukraine . During the mobilization, a total of 300,000 reservists will be called up, which is just over 1% of Russia’s total mobilization resource.
