According to the channel, which is the official information channel on partial mobilization in the Tula region, several errors were identified in the region during partial mobilization. Thus, five full-time students from Tula colleges were mobilized. At the moment, these students have received instructions on the existence of grounds for deferment from military service due to mobilization. The guys returned home and will continue their studies in the coming days, the Telegram channel informs.
On Saturday, the Telegram channel reported that “three more erroneously mobilized Tula residents will be returned home.”
It is noted that the issues of the legality of the appeal for partial mobilization are under the personal control of Governor Alexei Dyumin . The head of the region set the task for the municipalities, together with the military commissariats, to analyze in detail each case of conscription in order to eliminate errors. Assistance in this work is also provided by the regional branch of the ONF .
In Russia , a partial mobilization has been announced by presidential decree since September 21. According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , it is needed to control the 1,000-kilometer line of contact and the liberated territories in Ukraine . During the mobilization, a total of 300,000 reservists will be called up, which is just over 1% of the total mobilization resource of the Russian Federation.
