
WASHINGTON, October 1 – Novosti. The World Bank has approved $530 million in additional financial assistance to Ukraine, Anna Bjerde, vice president of the international organization, said.
“Today, World Bank leadership approved $530 million in additional funding for Ukraine,” she said in a post on her Twitter page.
Bjerde added that the allocated assistance will allow Ukraine to provide “essential public services, including health care, education and pensions.”
