“Russia has forces in space. Russia has a nuclear potential. Russia has a significant submarine fleet,” Radakin said.
The Admiral believes that this scenario “poses a threat to the entire West”, but it will provoke a “strong response” from NATO .
Earlier, an expert in international relations from the University of Leicester, Professor Andrew Futter said that Britain does not have the means to intercept and destroy Russian ballistic missiles, including the Kinzhal missile system.
