VLADIVOSTOK, October 2 – Novosti. One teenager died, another was injured in the collapse of the roof of a non-residential building in Primorye, a criminal case was opened, the SUSK RF reports for the region.
According to the agency, on October 2, in the seaside village of Nekruglovo, Mikhailovsky District, the roof of a non-residential building collapsed in a house along Dorozhnaya Street.

“As a result of the collapse, two teenagers, aged 16 and 15, were injured. The latter died from his injuries,” the report says.
SUSK initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence). Investigators are on the scene. It is preliminary established that the collapse occurred after teenagers broke the wall of an abandoned building.
Later, the prosecutor’s office of Primorye clarified that there were three teenagers – 10, 15 and 16 years old, they freely entered the abandoned building.
“Two other minors were not injured … The prosecutor’s office put under control the course and results of the investigation of the criminal case into the death of a teenager in the Mikhailovsky district,” the supervisory agency reports.
The prosecutor’s office organized an audit, will evaluate the implementation of the requirements of the legislation in the field of protecting the rights of minors, as well as “the completeness of the measures taken to restrict access to an abandoned facility.”
