MOSCOW, October 2 – Novosti. Documents issued by the DPR, LPR, Ukraine on education, work experience, the right to a pension, social and medical assistance will be recognized in Russia, Pavel Krasheninnikov, head of the Duma Committee on State Construction, said with reference to documents received by the State Duma.
The Constitutional Court of Russia recognized the treaties on the admission of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, as well as the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions , to the Constitution of the Russian Federation .
“Citizens of the Russian Federation residing in the territories of the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia or Kherson regions will be provided with guarantees in the implementation of labor activities, education documents confirming their civil status, work experience, the right to receive pensions, social and medical assistance, etc., will be recognized, issued in the DPR, LPR, and (ed.) Ukraine,” Krasheninnikov’s press service quoted him as saying.
