
MOSCOW, October 2 – Novosti. The head of Volodymyr Zelensky’s office, Andriy Yermak, met with the management of Baykar, a company that produces Bayraktar attack drones, as part of his visit to Turkey, the press service of Zelensky’s office reported .
“Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak began a visit to the Republic of Turkey. He visited the production facilities of the Baykar company, which produces Bayraktar unmanned aerial vehicles… Andriy Yermak also met with the company’s leaders Haluk and Seljuk Bayraktar,” Zelensky’s website says.
It is noted that Yermak, on behalf of Zelensky, presented the head of the board of directors and the technical director of the company, Seljuk Bayraktar, with the Order of Merit, III degree.
It is alleged that the parties discussed, among other things, the creation of a UAV assembly plant and a training center for Bayraktarov operators in Ukraine.
