As specified by the police, information about the shooting on Vitebsky Prospekt was received the night before.
“A thirty-one-year-old man, while at a wedding celebration in a restaurant, after a verbal conflict that arose, fired at least five shots from a traumatic pistol belonging to him in the direction of a 26-year-old offender who died from his injuries,” the statement says.
The Department of the Investigative Committee for the region opened a criminal case under the article “murder”. Now the issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention and bringing charges against the suspect is being decided.
