Volunteers of the “Young Guard of United Russia” continue to help the Ministry of Emergency Situations and drivers at the Crimean bridge, yesterday they set up help points at the railway station in Anapa, near the village of Ilyich and Taman, said Andrey Turchak, secretary of the United Russia General Council.
“Volunteers of the combined MGER detachment continue to provide assistance to the Ministry of Emergency Situations and drivers near the Crimean bridge. Yesterday, the guys quickly deployed assistance points at the railway station in Anapa, near the villages of Ilyich and Taman. A traffic jam formed here due to the reverse movement. Volunteers distribute water, tea, hot and baby food – they help with everything they can,” Turchak wrote in his Telegram channel.
On Saturday, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee ( NAC ) reported that a truck exploded on the Krymsky Bridge in the early morning of October 8, causing the fire of seven fuel tanks of the train. There was a partial collapse of two automobile spans of the bridge. The arch above its navigable part is not damaged, the NAC said. According to preliminary data from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation , three people died as a result of the explosion.
