
MOSCOW, October 3 – Novosti. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin expanded the powers of the commission to improve the stability of the Russian economy and instructed to create a headquarters to support the sustainable work of small and medium-sized businesses, according to the government website.
“The Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Labor and the Federal Tax Service should create a headquarters that will deal with maintaining the sustainable operation of small and medium-sized businesses. It will also include representatives of interested federal authorities and public associations,” the statement says.
It is noted that this is necessary for the development of a plan of priority actions for economic recovery.
As for the commission on improving the sustainability of the economy, it will be engaged in the development of operational socio-economic measures in the context of partial mobilization, as well as consider issues related to ensuring the continuous operation of enterprises in the most important sectors.
The heads of federal authorities will have to form operational headquarters for the sustainable operation of enterprises in the supervised industries, the document specifies.
In Russia, by decree of the head of state, from September 21, partial mobilization was announced. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , a total of 300,000 reservists will be called up, which is just over one percent of the country’s total mobilization resource.
