VLADIVOSTOK, October 3 – Novosti. The military commissar of the Khabarovsk Territory, Yuri Laiko, whose dismissal was announced by Governor Mikhail Degtyarev, was appointed in the Magadan Region, a representative of the press service of the Eastern Military District told Novosti on Monday.
Degtyarev noted that during the 10 days of partial mobilization, several thousand residents of the Khabarovsk Territory received summons, but every second of them was sent home as not meeting the selection criteria.
“The military commissar of the Khabarovsk Territory, Colonel Laiko Yuri Sergeevich, due to official necessity, was appointed to the post of military commissar of the Magadan region. This position has been vacant since August 2022,” the press service said.
According to him, Colonel Vyacheslav Makarov, who previously headed the headquarters of a motorized rifle formation stationed in the Khabarovsk Territory, has been appointed to act as military commissar of the Khabarovsk Territory.
Earlier, the governor of Kolyma , Sergei Nosov , said that the military commissar of the Magadan region was dismissed, again due to errors during partial mobilization.
