VORONEZH, October 3 – Novosti. The plan for partial mobilization in the Kursk region has been completed by 85%, Governor Roman Starovoit said.
By decree of President Vladimir Putin , a partial mobilization has been announced in Russia since September 21 . The heads of the regions were instructed to ensure the call for partial mobilization service in the number and within the time frame determined by the Minister of Defense.
“At 85%, as of today’s morning, we have completed partial mobilization on the instructions of our region,” Starovoit said during an operational meeting.
He added that he personally monitors the progress of partial mobilization, and assured that the authorities of the region understand every mistake that has been identified.
