The idea of creating the ENP as a political platform for the EU was put forward in May this year by French President Emmanuel Macron . The ENP is expected to facilitate coordination and political dialogue among most European countries. In particular, in addition to the leaders of the 27 EU member states, the leaders of Azerbaijan , Albania , Armenia , Bosnia and Herzegovina , Georgia , Iceland , Liechtenstein , Moldova , Norway , North Macedonia , Serbia , Ukraine will come to Prague .Montenegro , Switzerland and self-proclaimed Kosovo .
