S. PETERSBURG, Oct 4 – Novosti. Four out of 22 children in a school bus that got into an accident in the Leningrad region received minor and moderate injuries, according to the regional prosecutor’s office.
Earlier GUMCHS in the Leningrad region reported that on Tuesday in the Tosnensky district there was a head-on collision between a school bus and a car. 6 people were hospitalized from the scene.
“During the accident, there were 22 children on the bus, 4 of whom received minor and moderate injuries. The injured were taken to the hospital,” the report says.
The Tosno City Prosecutor’s Office organized an investigation into the accident. According to the agency, the accident happened at about 8 am on the A120 highway 94th kilometer, with the participation of a school bus, which is on the balance sheet of the Fornosovskaya secondary school.
“As part of the prosecutor’s check, all the circumstances of the incident will be established, including an assessment of the work of the educational organization to ensure the transport of schoolchildren to the place of study,” the ministry said.
