
ROSTOV-ON-DON, Oct 4 – Novosti. The high alert regime introduced in the Krasnoyarsk district of the Astrakhan region bordering Kazakhstan has been canceled after the normalization of the situation with traffic, the administration of the region’s governor reports .
On the territory of the Krasnoyarsk district of the Astrakhan region there is a checkpoint “Karauzek” – the main checkpoint in the Astrakhan region for motor transport to Kazakhstan. At the end of September, a many-kilometer queue formed there from those wishing to leave the country. A high alert regime was introduced in the region, and later a mobile recruiting station was deployed at the border. On Tuesday, the regional authorities announced the normalization of the situation at the checkpoint.
“Now the situation has stabilized, there is no traffic jam. The Krasnoyarsk region has returned to normal life; the high alert regime has been canceled, normal traffic has been restored,” the message says.
Two working groups have been organized in the region: on the legality of conscription and compliance with the requirements for partial mobilization, as well as a group on social assistance and support for the families of mobilized citizens.
