According to Arestovich, the statements of the Pope and the American businessman indicate that such a vision of the Ukrainian crisis has already spread widely in the West and has even become an intellectual trend. The night before, Musk offered his vision of resolving the conflict in Ukraine – in his opinion, Crimea should remain part of Russia, and repeated referendums should be held in Donbass , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions under UN supervision .
