MOSCOW, October 5 – Novosti. Deputy of the State Duma Sergey Leonov addressed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin with a proposal not to take into account the percentage of children under 18 studying in an institution of secondary vocational education for the appointment of early retirement pensions for teachers, a copy of the appeal is at the disposal of Novosti.
“I ask you, dear Mikhail Vladimirovich (Mishustin – ed.), on the eve of the year of the teacher and mentor, to consider amending the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. institutions of secondary vocational education,” the appeal reads.
The parliamentarian added that the work experience of a teacher in an institution of secondary vocational education can only be taken into account if at least 50% of children under the age of 18 study at the institution, but it is extremely difficult to comply with this condition in many regions.
“In practice, it is impossible to obtain the status of a secondary educational institution in which at least 50 percent of children under the age of 18 study. For example, there are no such institutions in the Smolensk region ,” the appeal specifies.
