
MAYKOP, October 6 – Novosti . Adygea received an additional almost 44 million rubles to reimburse farmers for part of the costs of producing and selling grain, the press service of the republican government reports.
Earlier, Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which Russian regions will receive an additional 10 billion rubles to reimburse part of the costs of farmers for the production and sale of grain crops.
“43.7 million rubles were allocated to the Republic of Adygea. Taking into account the funds previously provided for in the federal budget, the total amount of federal funds allocated to the republic to support grain producers this year will amount to more than 88 million rubles,” the report says.
According to the authorities of the region, the farms of the republic planted 105.8 thousand hectares of winter and winter crops for grain for the 2022 harvest. Despite unfavorable weather conditions, farmers managed to harvest 479.2 thousand tons of grain and at the same time achieve higher yields than last year. Taking into account spring crops, the projected gross grain harvest upon completion of harvesting this year will exceed 578,000 tons.
