New measures to support the families of mobilized citizens have been adopted in the Chelyabinsk region, for example, assistance will be provided in the additional gasification of households, and from October 7, payments in the amount of 20 thousand rubles will begin for each mobilized child, Governor Alexei Teksler said on Thursday.
“Today I made a decision on additional measures of social support for the families of mobilized children from the Chelyabinsk region. In short: we will provide assistance in regasification of households with payment for the cost of connection and in-house gas equipment. We will help elderly parents or parents with disabilities of mobilized South Urals residents. We are talking about free services in social centers It also provides for an extraordinary right to receive vouchers to boarding schools and gerontological centers,” the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.
He added that the region will pay the parental fee for kindergarten to those families where there is a mobilized parent, and extraordinary admission to kindergartens will also be provided.
In addition, meals will be paid for schoolchildren and college students from mobilized families, the cost of paid education for children of mobilized citizens in institutions of secondary vocational education in the region, he specified.
Tomorrow all municipalities will start lump-sum payments of 20,000 rubles per child for mobilized families, he noted. “In addition to these measures, I set the task of giving maximum attention to the families of the drafted guys. We need to reach every family, help with everything necessary. Our fighters must be calm for their families, for their loved ones. This will be done by social services and volunteers,” Texler said.
According to the press service of the regional government, the governor instructed the Ministry of Social Relations to immediately organize these payments and promptly provide assistance. “I ask the heads, together with the social protection authorities, to properly organize this work on the ground, if necessary, to help prepare applications so that the families of mobilized citizens receive these payments in a timely manner and without bureaucracy. I ask the Ministry of Social Relations to bring detailed information on how to process the payment to everyone “Municipalities – to work with each family. A week ago I gave instructions – maximum attention to the families of the mobilized, to reach each family. Involve social services, volunteers, administration workers,” Texler said.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Social Relations of the region, from October 7 in the Chelyabinsk region will begin accepting applications for the provision of payments to the children of mobilized South Urals. The Minister of Social Relations of the region, Irina Butorina, noted that the payments will be provided in a short time, the list of documents is minimal. “Detailed instructions have been sent to social security employees. As the military commissar of the region Andrey Maksurov reported on Thursday, the Chelyabinsk region, as one of the subjects of the Central Military District, has a specific task for the supply of citizens in the reserve. “This task is currently being carried out according to plan, on time, without failures.
