MOSCOW, October 7 – Novosti. Moscow warns Washington against reckless support for Kyiv and involvement in the conflict, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“We once again warn the United States and other sponsors of the Kiev regime against ever deeper involvement in the situation as parties to the conflict,” the minister said during a video address at the fourth meeting of the United Russia party’s General Council commission on international cooperation and support for compatriots abroad.
Lavrov also noted that Washington and “its vassals” are trying to “pervert the reality and position of Russia” and aim “to intimidate the international community, to force its sensible part to follow the failed course of recklessly supporting Kyiv in all its adventures.”
He added that the Russian military doctrine and the foundations of state policy in the field of nuclear deterrence remain unchanged.
