LUGANSK, October 7 – Novosti. Mobilized and volunteers from Russia have begun combat coordination as part of tank units at training grounds in close proximity to the areas of combat missions, a Novosti correspondent reports from the scene.
Servicemen master military equipment and standard weapons, as well as practice fire training with equipment as part of tank units using infantry fighting vehicles and air defense systems (ADS).
“No one leaves here unprepared. If the crew is not ready, it stays for another week. If necessary, it is still delayed,” a Russian officer told the agency correspondent.
According to the military, there were no incidents.
“The team is excellent, yes. We didn’t have any problems, incidents. Everything is gradual, that is, we set the task – we skillfully carry it out,” said one of the mobilized.
Partial mobilization in Russia was announced by presidential decree from September 21. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , it is necessary to control the thousand-kilometer line of contact and the liberated territories in Ukraine . It is planned to call for a total of 300,000 reservists, which is just over one percent of Russia’s total mobilization resource.
