BELGOROD, November 1 – Novosti. Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov instructed to complete the overhaul of roads in the region by the end of November, the press service of the regional government reported.
The governor was informed about the interim results of the overhaul of roads in the region. This year, the road works program is being implemented in the amount of almost 25 million rubles, taking into account carry-over funding. As noted in the government, in the Belgorod region it is planned to repair 735 kilometers of highways of various significance. To date, 88% of the planned 115 kilometers of federal roads have already been repaired. So, almost 95% of the 226 kilometers of the regional roadway has already been repaired. In the municipalities, the renewal of roads has been completed by 84% of the planned volume – 394 kilometers of roads.
“In the context of all municipalities, we each have an understanding of where the situation is developing. Now we are actively working with Belgorod , there are no questions for other districts. We will be able to see the risks only in a few weeks, while weather conditions allow us to continue work,” Sergey Yevtushenko emphasized , Minister of Roads and Transport of the region.
The press service noted that 17 districts and districts are now in the “green zone” of the rating according to the plans for the overhaul of roads. Completed repairs in the Gubkinsky , Alekseevsky, Novooskolsky and Valuysky districts, Chernyansky, Rakityansky and Krasnoyaruzhsky districts. In the “yellow zone” of the rating, along with Belgorod, there are four more municipalities: Graivoronsky district, Krasnogvardeisky, Rovensky and Volokonovsky districts. There, the work is completed by 53-75%.
The head of the Belgorod region instructed the heads of districts to speed up the implementation of the program, as well as to check the quality of previously repaired facilities.
“In November, all lagging areas from this rating must complete the full implementation of these types of work. It is also necessary to check the quality of laying the pavement. If it turns out that the quality does not match, then everything must be quickly redone,” Gladkov stressed.
