“We are introducing another measure to support the families of our fighters. The children of mobilized, contract soldiers and volunteers will have the preferential right to enroll in state-funded places in colleges and technical schools in the region. Upon successful completion of entrance examinations and other equal conditions. We have just signed the relevant resolution. It is noted that at present the region has a number of measures to support the families of the mobilized, contract soldiers and volunteers who participate in the SVO.
