“We are introducing another measure to support the families of our fighters. The children of mobilized, contract soldiers and volunteers will have the preferential right to enroll in state-funded places in colleges and technical schools in the region. Upon successful completion of entrance examinations and other equal conditions. We have just signed the relevant resolution.
