MOSCOW, November 24 – Novosti. More than 200 thousand consumers of new regions of the Russian Federation, in particular the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, have already been provided with natural gas, said Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov.
“Power supply has been restored to more than 35,000 residential buildings, more than 600 social facilities, 27 water supply units and more than 80 heat supply facilities, natural gas has been launched to more than 200,000 consumers,” the minister said at a government meeting about readiness for the autumn-winter period in new regions of the Russian Federation .
Shulginov added that by the beginning of December, it is planned to provide gas to about 15,000 consumers in the Volnovakhsky district of the DPR.
