China and the United States should strengthen interaction and cooperation, contributing to greater stability and certainty in the world, Chinese President Xi Jinping said in a congratulatory letter to the participants of the annual dinner of the National Committee on US-China Relations, the text of which was published on Thursday by China Central Television.
According to the channel, Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter on October 26. In it, the President of China noted that today there is a turbulent situation in the world.
“As major powers, China and the United States should strengthen interaction and cooperation, which will help increase stability and certainty in the world and promote world peace and development,” the Chinese leader said.
Xi Jinping stressed that China is ready to work with the United States to find the right path for peaceful coexistence between the two powers, based on mutual respect and mutually beneficial cooperation.
