
TOMSK, October 27 – Novosti. Governor of the Tomsk Region Vladimir Mazur has expanded the list of recipients of a lump sum payment of 100 thousand rubles, now all volunteers participating in a special military operation will also receive it.
In early October, the authorities of the Tomsk region decided to pay the reservists drafted into the Russian Armed Forces as part of partial mobilization a lump sum of 100,000 rubles. There are also other measures to support the mobilized in the region.
“I revised the previous decision on payments to military personnel. We are expanding the list of recipients of a lump sum cash payment. Now 100 thousand rubles are due to all volunteers – residents of the Tomsk region participating in a special military operation. This will be fair,” the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.
Mazur instructed the Department of Social Security to quickly prepare the relevant document and proceed with payments.
The head of the region explained that servicemen of the Ministry of Defense and the National Guard of Russia , all who voluntarily entered into a contract from February 24, 2022, who participate or took part in a special military operation, will receive 100 thousand rubles each.
Many regions provide support to the participants of the special operation, in particular, the majority have decided on additional payments to the federal monetary allowance of the mobilized.
Partial mobilization has been going on in Russia since September 21, according to a presidential decree. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu , it is needed to control the front line of 1,000 kilometers and the liberated territories in Ukraine . Also, the military registration and enlistment offices continue to accept volunteers.
