According to him, people move voluntarily, there was no forced evacuation. At the same time, most of those who wanted to move have already left the right-bank part of the region, the agency’s interlocutor concluded.
Earlier, Acting Governor of the region Vladimir Saldo said that more than 70 thousand people left the right bank of the Dnieper to the left in the Kherson region. The removal of the population was organized to ensure security in connection with the increased threat of shelling from Ukraine.
