WASHINGTON, September 30 – Novosti. The United States does not see Russian actions that would indicate preparations for the use of nuclear weapons, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said Friday.
“We are closely monitoring whether Russia is taking any steps to suggest that it is thinking about the possibility of using nuclear weapons. To date, we do not see that it has taken such steps,” Blinken said during a joint press conference with the head of Canadian Foreign Office Melanie Joly .
