MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The UK has expanded the sanctions list to include Russian Central Bank Chairman Elvira Nabiullina, according to a statement posted on the British government’s website on Friday.
“Elvira Nabiullina is an individual involved … because Nabiullina benefits from or supports the Russian government by working for the Russian government as chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation,” it said .
