EKATERINBURG, September 30 – Novosti. The cost of tours to Russian ski resorts closer to the winter season may increase by more than 10 percent, Ilya Umansky, acting president of the PCT, told reporters.
“October will pass, and we will enter the active phase of booking and selling tours for the upcoming winter season. The number of bookings has already increased. Prices will rise by about 10 percent,” Umansky said.
In his opinion, the increase in prices will be due to the growth in demand from Russian tourists for this type of holiday.
Umansky also noted that over the past year, the geography of Russian trips around the country has significantly expanded. In addition, they began to go on organized trips more often: the number of such tours increased by 20 percent.
