ROSTOV-ON-DON, September 30 – Novosti. A mobile recruiting station was deployed in the Astrakhan region on the border with Kazakhstan – they began to hand out subpoenas to those subject to partial mobilization, the administration of the region’s governor reports.
On the territory of the Krasnoyarsk district of the Astrakhan region there is a checkpoint “Karauzek” – the main checkpoint for road transport to Kazakhstan. Earlier it was reported that a multi-kilometer queue formed there from those wishing to leave the country. The region has been placed on high alert.
“In the Astrakhan region, on the border with the Republic of Kazakhstan, a mobile recruiting station was deployed. At the Karauzek checkpoint, employees of the military commissariat for the Krasnoyarsk and Volodarsk regions began handing summons to citizens who are subject to partial mobilization,” the report says.
Those who received the document cannot leave Russia on the basis of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation “On the announcement of partial mobilization in the Russian Federation.” Summons are received not only by Astrakhan residents, but also by residents of other regions who are registered with the military, the administration of the Krasnoyarsk region reports.
A similar situation is now in North Ossetia at the Upper Lars checkpoint, from where, after the announcement of partial mobilization, people began to leave en masse for Georgia . All those leaving are checked by employees of the mobile call center.
