
MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, when asked if he was satisfied with the course of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, said that where his fighters were, he was 100 percent satisfied.
Kadyrov came to the Kremlin for the ceremony of signing agreements with new territories on joining Russia.
“There are moments where I am satisfied, there are moments where I am dissatisfied, but where our fighters are, I am 100 percent satisfied there,” Kadyrov told reporters.
He added that today is a good day for him.
“Today is a good day for us: several regions are joining us at the will of the people. This makes us happy. We will win! Long live Russia,” he told reporters.
