
MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, burst into tears during a speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the ceremony of signing agreements on the entry of new territories into Russia, Novosti correspondent reports.
The ceremony takes place in the Georgievsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. Heads of Russian regions, ministers, senators and deputies are invited to it.
During Putin’s speech, Kadyrov raised his head up and tried to look away at the moment when tears welled up in his eyes.
“People passed on their spiritual connection to their children and grandchildren, despite all the trials, they carried love for Russia through the years . And no one can destroy this feeling in us,” the president said at that moment.
