MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, after the signing of the Treaties on the accession of new territories to the Russian Federation, announced the revival of great Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday at a ceremony in the Kremlin signed the Treaties on the admission of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions , the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics into the Russian Federation and the formation of new subjects in Russia.
“Truth triumphs! Great Russia is reborn!” – Medvedev wrote in the Telegram channel. He was personally present in the St. George’s Hall at the ceremony.
Referendums on the issue of joining Russia were held from 23 to 27 September in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. According to the results of processing 100% of the ballots in the DPR , 99.23% of those who voted for joining the Russian Federation, in the LPR – 98.42%, in the Kherson region – 87.05%, in the Zaporozhye region – 93.11%.
The public addressed the regional authorities with the initiative to immediately hold referendums. According to representatives of the republics and regions, joining Russia will secure their territories and restore historical justice. In their opinion, this decision is extremely necessary in the context of constant acts of terror by the Ukrainian authorities and NATO members , who supply weapons to kill civilians.
