
BRUSSELS, September 30 – Novosti. NATO members will never recognize the entry of new entities into Russia, will not change their obligations to support Ukraine, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in a press statement in Brussels.
“NATO allies will never recognize these territories as part of Russia… Donetsk , Lugansk , Kherson and Zaporozhye are Ukraine, just like Crimea,” he said.
According to Stoltenberg, the accession of new territories to Russia does not change the essence of the conflict. “This remains Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine, it does not change our determination to support Ukraine,” he said.
Referendums on the entry of the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia were held on September 23-27. According to the results of processing 100% of the ballots in the DPR, 99.23% of those who voted for joining the Russian Federation, in the LPR – 98.42%, in the Kherson region – 87.05%, in the Zaporozhye region – 93.11%.
On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions signed agreements on the annexation of regions to Russia and the formation of new subjects within the Russian Federation.

The solemn ceremony of signing the agreements on the admission of all four regions to Russia took place in the Georgievsky Hall of the Kremlin.

The documents were first signed by President Vladimir Putin.
