“I participated in the negotiations for a very long period of time, and I have no illusions about the fact that Ukraine, as already a dependent state, after 2014 lost its subjectivity, that even if they had a desire, they would be allowed to join any “Negotiations. I am extremely skeptical about any negotiations with Ukraine, they are not independent, alas,” Pushilin said.
Earlier, Putin in the Kremlin signed agreements on the entry of new territories into the Russian Federation , and also held a meeting with the heads of the LPR , DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions .
Referendums on the issue of joining Russia were held from 23 to 27 September in the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. According to the results of processing 100% of the ballots in the DPR, 99.23% of those who voted for joining the Russian Federation, in the LPR – 98.42%, in the Kherson region – 87.05%, in the Zaporozhye region – 93.11%.
