MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin and head of the Luhansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik signed an agreement on the region’s accession to Russia.
The ceremony was held in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin, and was attended by the leaders of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions Denis Pushilin, Vladimir Saldo, Evgeny Balitsky.
