MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin and head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin signed an agreement on joining the region to Russia.
The ceremony was held in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin, it was attended by the leaders of the Luhansk People’s Republic, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions Leonid Pasechnik, Vladimir Saldo, Evgeny Balitsky.
