MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russia calls on the Kyiv regime to immediately stop all hostilities and return to the negotiating table, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
The head of state speaks in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions .
“We call on the Kyiv regime to immediately cease fire, all hostilities, the war that it unleashed back in 2014, and return to the negotiating table,” Putin said during his speech.
