MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Greed, the intention to retain power are the reasons for the hybrid war waged by the West against Russia, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The head of state speaks in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions .
“I want to emphasize once again: it is greed, the intention to maintain unlimited power, that are the real reasons for the hybrid war that the collective West is waging against Russia,” Putin said during his speech.
