“Strategic security agreements go to the wastebasket, agreements reached at the highest political level are declared falsehoods, firm promises not to expand NATO to the East, as soon as our former leaders bought into them, turned into a dirty deceit, treaties on missile defense and missiles medium-range and less-range unilaterally, under far-fetched pretexts, are torn apart. All we hear from all sides is that the West defends an order based on rules. Where did they come from? Who even saw these rules? Who coordinated them? Listen, this is just some kind of nonsense , sheer deceit, double or already triple standards, they are simply designed for fools,” Putin said.during a speech at the ceremony of signing treaties on the entry of new territories into Russia.
