MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The head of state speaks in the Kremlin following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions . He said that Russia calls on the Kyiv regime to immediately stop all hostilities and return to the negotiating table.
“We are ready for this. This has been said more than once,” Putin said during his speech.
