
MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin, after speaking at a rally-concert, spoke with 16-year-old Bogdana Neshcheret, a private of the Ghost brigade from Donbass, and promised her to publish a collection of her poems, a Novosti correspondent reports.
The head of state asked Bogdana how long she had been interested in poetry and whether she had already published a collection of her poems. And then he made an interesting offer. “Do you have enough for a collection? Let’s publish a little book… I’ll ask my colleagues,” Putin said. After that, Bogdana handed over her poems to the president. “Thank you very much. It’s a great pride for me to be next to you,” the girl replied.
On September 30, Putin signed agreements on the admission of the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to Russia .
Referendums on the issue of joining Russia were held from 23 to 27 September in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. In the DPR, 99.23% of those who voted for joining the Russian Federation, in the LPR – 98.42%, in the Kherson region – 87.05%, in the Zaporozhye region – 93.11%. On Friday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions signed agreements on the annexation of regions to Russia and the formation of new subjects within the Russian Federation.
