MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. The speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin in connection with the admission of new subjects to Russia is doctrinal in nature, this is an appeal to the world, said Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Konstantin Kosachev.
Head of State Vladimir Putin spoke in the Kremlin on Friday following the results of referendums in the DPR , LPR , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions , after which he signed agreements on their admission to Russia.
“Today’s address of the President of the Russian Federation obviously has a programmatic, doctrinal nature and, without a doubt, has every reason to go down in history. As, in fact, the day itself when it sounded: September 30, 2022 is the day the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to Russia as subjects of the Russian Federation,” the politician wrote in his Telegram channel.
He stressed that although formally this is an appeal to the citizens of Russia, “in terms of the scale of the topics covered, this is an appeal to the whole world.”
“In fact, this is a geopolitical document that absolutely openly and frankly calls a spade a spade: a unipolar world is a dictatorship of one power, a colonial system that does not meet the interests of the vast majority of the inhabitants of the Earth,” the senator wrote.
He noted that the world rent of one hegemon, based on the principle of force, objectively not only hinders the development of the world, but poses a threat to any sovereign people.
“Russia is experiencing for itself everything that any nation that challenges the world dictates will objectively face. This is the essence of the moment. Against which, as the Russian leader said, the great liberation mission of our people is being carried out,” he is sure.
Separate and most heartfelt and personal words were addressed to the heroes of today’s holiday – those who return to the composition of the historical Motherland forever, the legislator wrote.
“The call to Kiev to stop killing these people and start negotiations has nothing to do with the status of these territories and the people living on them. This will not be the subject of either bargaining or even discussion,” Kosachev stressed.
The speech of the President of the Russian Federation, in fact, began a new era in the history of the country, the Russian people, and in many ways the whole world, the politician concluded.
