MOSCOW, September 30 – Novosti. Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Kherson region signed an agreement on the region’s accession to Russia.
The ceremony was held in the St. George’s Hall of the Kremlin, it was attended by the leaders of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions Denis Pushilin, Leonid Pasechnik, Vladimir Saldo, Evgeny Balitsky.
